UK Black Pride reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify your permission to display our artwork at any time.

UK Black Pride reserves the right to take action against any use that does not conform to these policies, infringes any UK Black Pride intellectual property or other right, or violates any other applicable law.

UK Black Pride disclaims any warranties that may be expressed or implied by law regarding our artwork, logos or banners, including warranties against infringement.
