Emeralds Productions Presents UK Black Pride’s Got Talent
The competition heats took place on 10-11th July 2009 at The City Pride Farringdon Lane EC1R 3AU, and gave a chance for the brightest stars of the Black LGBT community to shine.
The final will be held on Saturday 15th August 2009 at this year's UK Black Pride festival.
Emeralds Productions searched for the hottest variety acts across London and the South East. Talents of all kinds were invited to try out. Individuals, groups of singers, dancers, musicians and bizarre novelty acts, as well as magicians, belly dancers and more were all welcome!
Some of the acts that performed in last year’s contest have gone on to secure paid work and national recognition from entertainment industry organisers and major club and event scouts who attend UK Black Pride.
