UK BLACK PRIDE August 2024

STALL HOLDERS APPLICATIONS

Stallholder applications for UK Black Pride 2024 are now open! Every year, we strive to create an inclusive space that showcases the vibrant tapestry of our communities. Once again, we invite your organisation to be a part of our celebrations. This year’s theme is Freedom and Justice, and we hope that this is represented across the event.

There are two stallholder packages available:

  • Marquee Package (£320+VAT) this includes a 3x3 metre marquee along with one trestle table and two chairs. Marquees are not provided with electricity.

  • Pitch Package (£220+VAT) This includes a 3x3 metre pitch space only and does not include a structure or furniture. If you bring your own structure it will have to adhere to specific requirements. Please reach out to us if you have any questions around your own structure.

Act Quickly - Spaces Fill Up Fast!

Due to the event's growing popularity, stallholder spaces at UK Black Pride tend to get oversubscribed quickly. We therefore encourage you to apply for a stall as early as possible and avoid the disappointment of missing out. We cannot guarantee a position for any organisation – even if you have had a stall with us before. .

Key dates:

  • Your application must be sent through to us by 31st May 2024.

  • You will be notified about the outcome of your application by the end of June 2024.

Other useful information

  • If you require more chairs or tables please let us know in the application form. Any additional items will incur a small cost.

  • Please note that stallholders are not permitted to sell food and drink items from their stalls.

  • This year’s UKBP theme is ‘Freedom and Justice’. Whilst it is not a requirement that your work speaks to this theme directly, please do include any details around how the work that you do, or how you plan to use your stall may align with the theme.

  • We cannot allocate what spot you will have in the park at this time. If you have any special requests, please mention them in the application form (i.e. you want to be positioned near another applicant organisation).

  • All selected organisations will be asked to provide proof of public liability insurance.
