Applications close on Tuesday, 29 July 2025 at midnight, successful applicants will be contacted over the next few months until 1 August 2025.
This year's UK Black Pride is taking place on Sunday, 10th August at the Olympic Park in Stratford.
Useful information
Year on year, we create themes for our event. While it is not a requirement that your performance embodies this, you may decide to incorporate or give credence to our theme.
UK Black Pride is a safe space to celebrate diverse sexualities, gender identities, cultures, gender expressions and backgrounds and we foster, represent and celebrate Black LGBTQI+ and QTIPOC culture through education, the arts, cultural events and advocacy. Importantly, UK Black Pride promotes unity and cooperation among LGBTQI+ people of diasporic communities in the UK, as well as their friends and families. The volunteer role is unpaid. Light refreshments are provided for volunteers.
